Hi Paul!
Thank you :) I really love your last painting: that squeezed lemon and the pitcher, and the reflections on the lustrous table AND on the spilled water... come on, that's to fall in love with!
Anyway, I'm really glad my feelings made you smile ;)
Best regards,
Carolina

Carolina

Hello Carolina,
I had to come and tell you that yes, Both crocus and snowdrops are flowers. We plant tiny bulbs in Autumn so we get early Spring flowers. Then they will keep growing each year. Sometimes it will snow and they are flowering. The snowdrops are always our first flower, after winter.
I must post a photograph of the churchyard, today it looked so beautiful and then you will see all the blue and white flowers.
Thank you for your lovely comments, it is always so nice to hear from you.
Hope all is well, look forward to some Carolina drawings soon. x

Thank you Milly :) I saw the photos on the Net and I actually thought they were some sort of 'native flora' and that they grew on their own (hehe). Of course you have to plant them! I hope you can post that photo, how amazing it must be to see flowers in the snow!
I'm preparing a new drawing, now that my kids are at school in the mornings... I'm about to finish it and I'll post it soon hopefully.
Best regards,
Carolina
